Paravisini Photography values your time and investment. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Retainers & Deposits

• A non-refundable retainer (typically 25–50% of the total package price) is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

• This retainer guarantees our time, date, and preparation, and it is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellations

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled session or event, you will not owe any further payment, but the retainer will not be refunded.

• If you cancel within 12 Hours of your scheduled session or event, no refund will be issued, and the full balance may be due depending on the scope of the session and preparation already completed.

Photographer-Initiated Cancellations:

• In the unlikely event that Paravisini Photography must cancel, you will receive a full refund, including the retainer.

• We will also do our best to help you find a trusted replacement photographer if needed.

3. Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. We offer one complimentary reschedule if notified at least 24 Hours in advance.

• Sessions rescheduled within 24 Hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

• Reschedules are subject to availability and must be rebooked within 7 days of the original date.

4. Refunds for Services Rendered

Due to the custom and digital nature of photography services:

• No refunds will be issued once a session has taken place or once any digital files have been delivered.

• If there are any concerns with your final gallery, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve them.

5. Print & Product Orders

All print and product sales are final once ordered. If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
